The app itself worked nicely but I ordered and was charged for two sandwiches and they only made one and it was because the machine told them to (they showed me the ticket). The staff was good about starting the one I missed but the whole point was to be quick and that was ruined. If you use the app make sure to call after you send it in to make sure they have it right. ### 1/5 — App Doesn't Work *2017-02-13, version 2.4.25* Sadly this app no longer works. No timing indication is given pre or post-order. Received an email saying the order was underway, still no timing provided. Walked across 2 terminals to get there, without any updates on the order status. Finally received an email that my order was canceled, with no reason behind it. The employee asked me what I ordered, then didn't bother to check her pending orders to see if it showed up. I ordered dinner, received no confirmation and checked with the restaurant after 30 mins. They said the app is down, despite no notification its not working. I had to bord my dlight hungry after wasting all my time waiting for it. Ordering forces you to add a phone number but will not save it to advance forward. This app makes it possible to skip the order line and then get your order without having to stand around waiting. Order, relax, check your flight, enjoy the food! If only Starbucks O’Hare would follow suit! ### 5/5 — Order Now option no longer available *2018-07-09, version 2.5.1* This app was great before, I used it all the time when traveling through ORD. Now the order "now" option has been disabled for the B11 location in terminal 1. Missed opportunity for additional business ### 4/5 — Smooth experience *2018-05-22, version 2.5.1* I got to the airport with 25 mins to spare before I boarded. This app worked great. I ordered while going trough security and it was ready by the tome I got there. In other reviews it said they gave no notifications as after you ordered. This for the most part is true except now they do send you push notifications letting you know when you’re order is ready. However it’s not like Uber eats or other apps where you can monitor your order progress. Overall this app worked great for me and allowed me to grab healthy, fresh food in a convenient matter which is often very difficult in an airport! ### 4/5 — Worked fine for me *2017-12-16, version 2.4.25* At b gates and ordered for an hour later (11:15). Only hiccup is it wouldn’t let me add my sandwich to the cart unless I chose an extra salsa for $0.50 but then I was able to remove the salsa and $0.50 at summary page. I paid with Apple Pay. The food was ready and warm at 11:15. I went straight to the cashier to pick up. Easy peasy. ### 4/5 — Needs some work *2016-08-03, version 2.4.20* Pretty decent app overall. Needs the ability to remove credit cards as I accidentally added mine a second time. ### 3/5 — Don’t see gate info for restaurant in app *2022-09-04, version 3.16.0* It’s annoying to have to google where the restaurants are located in each terminal so I can’t coordinate ordering for my flight. But app is convenient. Just needs to be more user friendly about restaurant locations in airport. ### 3/5 — Great app but some improvements necessary *2016-01-15, version 2.3.92* A great app and certainly saves me time during the dinner rush at the airport. However the app could use two improvements. 1. The menu on the app is not identical to the menu at the restaurant. I love the albondigas sandwhich but it's not available on the app. It was a special tortas of the month previously but now it is part of the regular menu in terminal 1. I understand if specials aren't on the app menu but any part of the regular menu in the restaurant should be mirrored on the app. 2. If you order in the restaurant you get a number that will be called or pager that will go off when your tortas is ready. You don't have either of those when you order on the app, just an estimate of the time the tortas will be done. Sometimes when I order I wait until the estimated time the tortas is ready, go up to the counter, and find out the tortas is ready and has been waiting for me for a while. That wastes my time and clogs the restaurant with people waiting for food that is already able to be served. A better way to do this would be to give the estimate, then send another notification when the tortas is ready to be picked up. Another way to solve this problem would be to give the app orders a number that we can listen for once we arrive at the restaurant. ### 3/5 — Decent ordering app. Poor performance. *2015-06-22, version 2.3.78* The app is nice and I liked the Apple Pay integration. Very quick and easy. But don't take the push notification's directions that it will take 10 minutes for your order. Mine was ready before I got to the pick up counter and it sat there the whole time until my "time" was up. Wasted my time. ### 2/5 — Clumsy system! *2019-02-18, version 2.6.3* I used the app to order from my plane. Because the app doesn’t tell you where the restaurant is, I had to find a map and search for it. Upon arriving, I had to wait to get someone’s attention to get my order; I was halfway to my connecting flight when I realized my order was incomplete. Back to the restaurant and waited again to get someone’s attention, only to be told that I had to go wait in line at the cash register for my cookie (3rd wait).
