### 1/5 — The product that ruined PBSC

I used to love love love PBSC. Bought all of their products over the years. So when the tortilla came out, naturally I preordered the slightly overpriced unit. They then sent me the booth with the wrong case and said their software wasn’t available for it. 

Fast forward what felt like a year and they finally have software available. 

Sold the booth to a client for this Thursday, updated the firmware and software, and the motor isn’t working. 

They should have stuck to plain photo booths. I’m never coming back
