Want a beach body in six weeks? Sorry, we can’t help. Actually, nobody can deliver that, just saying. But if you want to do what it takes to get fit and healthy for life, yeah, that’s where we can help.

Just as it might have taken years or even decades of inactivity to become less than svelte, a bit stiff or hunched, out of condition, unfit, however you want to describe it, it will likely take consistent effort and focus to return to a slimmer, healthier, fitter you.

Now while we might expect results slowly, we know you’re a busy professional, so our training sessions are short, sharp and focused – half-an-hour of focused attention to achieving your goals.

Start with our Return-to-Health programme supported by a personal trainer once or twice a week. Choose a 6-month or 12-month commitment. Or even just 3-months to get started, because it’s going to take that long  (a) before you see results and (b) to begin to form new habits and patterns of behaviour.

Our professional trainers will help you achieve your goals from $70 per week.
Or if you want to work out under your own steam, our spacious, uncrowded gym is here from $19.99 per week.
