## What is TOS?

TOS is a commerce operating system for shops, delivery teams, and growing businesses that need one secure place to manage daily operations.

Create and track orders, manage customer profiles, maintain products and stock, review financial activity, coordinate deliveries, and print receipts from a mobile workspace built for real business workflows.

Key features:

- Orders: create orders, manage order items, track status, and handle delivery assignment.
- Customers: keep customer contact details, addresses, balances, recent activity, and settlement actions organized.
- Products: manage catalog items, categories, images, pricing, visibility, variants, and stock.
- Finance: review accounts, journals, expenses, settlement requests, employee cash, and analytics.
- Driver workspace: let drivers view assigned deliveries, update delivery status, review order details, and track cash balances.
- Receipt printing: connect compatible Bluetooth or local-network thermal printers and print test or order receipts.
- Security: phone-based sign in, password recovery, two-factor authentication, secure token storage, and in-app account deletion.
- Localized experience: built for English, Dari, and Pashto with RTL support.

TOS is designed for authorized business users. Your organization controls workspace access and role-based permissions so staff see the tools relevant to their work.
