The function has stopped working - viewing the recording on the flash card. When I insert any flash card, it says "NO RECORDING." This error has been occurring for the past three months. It is impossible to stay in the app for long periods, as it crashes after a few seconds. I have to log in again each time and wait for the app to load.

The sensitivity of the camera is very poor and its response is extremely slow. The app keeps crashing and tells me I have 999 notifications despite recent clear down. Waste of time!!!!

Won’t load without 2 minutes of a spinning wheel; poor data connection; adverts eating up time… delivery person is 3 doors down by the time you can finally connect. Have deleted the app and thrown out the hardware after a year of unreliability. Spend a little more maybe but buy a better brand

When you open the app you are forced to sit through an ad, then when you finally can select the camera it takes forever to load, if it even loads. By that point whoever was at the door is gone. Completely useless as a doorbell camera now. Looking at a different camera now so I can get rid of this stupid app.

Will play adverts every time then will not work when you want to answer the door. 
Instead of the microphone working, it will play an advert in the background whilst you can’t hear the person pressing the door bell.

Have had this for several years.
Works fine but make sure you edit all settings as defaults can make camera motion pickup too sensitive, etc.
Took a while to get sensitivity set so camera wasn’t going off every few minutes.
Batteries are not a standard size, so you’ll have to eBay /Amazon those.
Playback never works once batteries are replaced, you have to reformat the SD card.
Reformatting of internal SD card is also needed randomly to get playback to work.
Otherwise the picture on this camera is very good.

Using the app on iOS and iPad Pro - latest everything. The continuously open view of the camera keeps jumping to zoom in on the top right corner of the image, starts the mic and starts recording video - all on its own. Makes the app unusable.
