インスタの広告で日本語での広告が出てきたので入れてみたら日本語対応はしてなく，そもそもの国選択の項目に日本がありませんでした😭

뭐 재외동포발부장? 찍어올리라는데 가입하려면 애초에 재외동포 가입했다고 그런 발부장같은거 안받습니다.그리고 본인확인때 이미 재외동포확인이랑 폰확인 다해놓고 또 확인하라는건 뭐;; 보안을 위함이 아니라 정보 털려고하는것같고 애초에 발부장 안받는걸 차라리 우리은행처럼 정보랑 여권 사진 입력하면 자동으로 찾아서 해줘야지 본인이 하나하나 다 준비하라는게 사용편리한 돈관리? 를 방침으로내놓고 맞는건가요

Wasting time, I took 2 months to get $5, trying to cash out and link my a cc and its not working. So I decided to lost all points and delete the app :(

토스 쓸모없는 업데이트가 너무 많음 토스 뱅크 잔액 보기 힘들어진것도 그렇고 2천원 준다고 신분증 인증 해라 페이스 인증해라도 그렇고 애초에 한달 출입금 내역 보는 것도 무슨 주별로 쪼개서 보게 바꿔서 한달용이 아니라 주별로 보이니까 한눈에 보이지도 않고 그냥 점점 사용하기 불편해지고 쓸모 없는 이벤트나 업데이트만 늘어나고 있음 금용 어플의 편리함을 강조해야지 매번 업데이트 한다고 하고 더 불편하게 만드니까 금융어플의 본질을 잃어가는거 같음

This app wasted 30 GB of background data in just 20 days completely draining my monthly data allowance. When I contacted the customer service they made me jump through hoops, forcing me to submit endless screenshots of my app usage and even data from my carrier app which is completely overkill.  After making me wait 10 days, they finally got back to me just to say the bug was fixed.  Since I had already updated to the latest version, they simply asked if I was still having the same issues. They are being completely irresponsible and refusing to take accountability for the data loss and massive inconvenience they caused.

사주를 보라느니, 꿀단지를 쳐모으라느니, 달리는 버스를 찍으라느니, 토스 인컴에서 연봉 순위를 확인하라느니, 금 쿠폰을 확인해라느니, 소비 쿠폰이 왔다느니. 심리학적으로 이런거 비교해서 상품으로 연결하는거는 알겠는데, ‘앞으로 이런거 적게 보여드릴게요‘ 라고 하면 적게 보여줘야하는거 아님? 예전에는 이런거 앱 화면 위에 Row 하나로 있었는데, 이제는 한 Row 3개쯤 쳐잡아먹으면서 크게 띄움. 페이스페이도 안한다면 안하는거지, 월드코인마냥 현금성 몇십만원 주는것도 아니고 5,000원 ’소비쿠폰‘주면서 왜그렇게 생색내냐? 몇번을 광고를 지워야하는지 모르겠다. 만족스러운서비스, 무거운 마음 어쩌구 봇 댓글 달꺼 뻔한데 거기 내부 피드백은 함? 안할거같은데? 홍씨가 카카오에서 하는 짓거리 보면
