- Suddenly in the checkout I got message “internet is lost”
- Then another message reconnecting 
After reconnection - my basket was empty… 

ok, going to M&S instead

This app doesn’t work. I downloaded it two days ago and it just hangs when you try to log in. Text message at log in never comes through so unable to log in.

So I’ve created an account - great but when I try to log on it says I will be sent a code to verify my account.  The code never arrives.  I’ve checked the phone number and it’s right.  Unfortunately I won’t be using the app because I can’t!
