## What is ToSuThien?

The Tổ sư Thiền app is a useful tool to help users learn and practice Thiền Thoại Đầu, also known as the Tổ sư Thiền of Venerable Thích Duy Lực. With explanations and answers to questions about meditation, users can learn and apply these lessons to improve their emotional state and increase focus in daily life.

Furthermore, the app provides access to the original texts, classic scriptures, and Ngữ Lục of the ancestors, translated into Vietnamese by Venerable Thích Duy Lực. This allows users to delve deeper into meditation and gain a better understanding of the techniques used to train the mind.
