They gotta soak you as much as possible by making you pay again for on-line access. Add to that the challenge getting them to stop automatically renewing by charging your credit card for another (expensive) year. I tried for two months to ask them not to auto-renew me. They figured it out a month after they charged me for another expensive year, and (of course) once they get your annual subscription money, it's non-refundable. Integrity issues with these policies. ### 2/5 — Disappointing performance *2015-12-06* Love the magazine but the app is really glitchy. Reading an article, closed the app then when i re-open the app all of my purchased issues are gone. This has happened several times over the last few months. Standard response is to delete the app and start again which is fine when you have time to waste and data is free. Asked the support email for any suggestions, no response. If your subject is not listed you get a sorry message then prompted to "Contact Us" When you select this the App closes. Email is your only option. After purchasing a subscription you are not given a subscriber ID. Settings has instructions to redeem an ID but does not work. No way to read Total 911 without a Web ID and no Apps are available for a MacBook. It reads like third rate paid content marketing and offers absolutely nothing insightful. However, the app was recently updated to include a great deal of bloat that is totally unrelated to the mission of Total 911 mission. The new App has a very busy and bloated interface with the purpose of marketing and selling every magazine of the parent company and it has nothing that do with my interest reading about Porsche. The quality of both the digital and print version is simply the finest. Great articles, features and head to head comparisons As someone who subscribes to both Total 911 and Excellence magazine, Total 911 is by far the better magazine. Excellence doesn't come close.
