I downloaded this app in hopes of seeing the wait times at local TAUCs and check in, but the app appears to be broken. Doesn't ever go past the opening pic.

Once you download the app & create user & password it requires you to save a card on file to pay the bill. Why not just pay at the website? Making a lot of effort to pay a less than $20 bill. Might be a good reason why some people don’t pay the bill.

If you force people to download your app to pay a bill, you will likely wait quite some time for your $25 that you should’ve calculated during my visit in the first place. Additionally, I was required to save my personal info and credit card in the app for this one time payment and service that I will likely not use again. This is poor business. Do better.

1. I am forced to install this app when trying to pay a single simple bill on the website. 2. The app registration process is horrible, blocks the use of iCloud passwords copy/paste. 3. The app can’t accept auto completed mobile numbers and getting the app to let me edit out the +1 country code takes 4 attempts and eventually just deleting the whole thing and typing manually. 4. The app then can’t log me in with the email address I just provided. I have to do the mobile number, which it tells me isn’t an email address until I remove the country code and dash formatting. 5. It logs me on finally and the bill pay section shows the same bill 3 times, none of which let me pay. There is no payment info in the profile and no intuitive way to figure out how to pay. So I gave up. 6. I go to delete the app and then notice the title says “staging” - way to go, can’t even manage the production version of your app. As someone who has led multiple dev teams, I would fire the developers and start over, starting with the head of engineering.

Cannot pay online, directed to download this app. Cannot register, says unable to reach server every time. Have tried 5 times now, hours apart and on different networks. This app is completely broken. I guess I will have to call in and pay over the phone during business hours.

Went to their website to make a payment and they force you to download their terrible app and make an account and then your bill doesn’t even show up there and then they give you a option in the app to contact them and that doesn’t even work, your best chance is to call whatever location you went to and actually talk to somebody otherwise you’re s.o.l.
