I couldn’t check my order immediately because I am working from home doing back to back telehealth sessions. So, when I checked my order I found they charged me for two bottles of wine I didn’t get. I sent them an email on Thursday late afternoon to tell them that and it’s Saturday evening and no word from them. The amount of money $28 I can survive but, I will never order from them again. It frequently signs me out, and often times takes far too long to load any screens or searched items. Sometimes, the search goes on forever, even if I select something it suggests from my search. I typically resort to using the website instead.
