Subscription isn’t a deal breaker but failing to include the information in the description is a deal breaker, app deleted. ### 3/5 — My opinion *2021-02-10, version 1.0.5* The workouts are great, I was sore day 1 so I knew it was working my muscles. When I got to say 5 I was so sore, I couldn’t even think about leg workouts. The eating plan is routine and boring, some like that, but not me. I was mostly disappointed in the lack of member communication on the community chat board. The new beginner program is missing day 11 but I repeated day 10 to make up for it.
