I had 3 apps I had downloaded; one for video on demand, one for nutrition and another one for workouts I could do at home or the gym and i get all of that in one place. I even have the option to work one on one with Jo a trainer live. Great app, great services. Now I can get all 3 plus nutrition and access to a live trainer.
