## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.8.3 — 2026-08-26

Onboarding now asks whether you log food anywhere. If you don't, it stops pitching the two Vitals+ features that would only ever show you an empty screen.

The Upgrade tab shows all three plans at once. Lifetime used to sit just below the fold on most iPhones.

A purchase Apple hasn't finished approving no longer looks like it went through, and a slow connection can no longer leave the trial button spinning with no way past it.

Net Deficit now disappears from Home Screen widgets as soon as a subscription lapses, instead of lingering until you next open the app.

### 1.8.2 — 2026-08-23

Macros are here. Protein, carbs, and fat sit beside your calories, read from whatever app already logs your food to Apple Health. Nothing to enter twice.

Track all three or just the one you count, set a gram goal on one macro or all three, and follow macro averages, trends, and peak days in History, CSV export, and your PDF reports. Macros are part of Vitals+.

Settings is now grouped into Calorie Burn and Calorie Intake, with a plain-English explainer on every switch.

### 1.8.1 — 2026-08-20

Your BMI, free, from the height and weight already in Apple Health — or enter them by hand. Body fat and your TDEE/BMR reference figures are in Vitals+.

Clearer upgrade screen: every plan shows what it comes to per month, and the yearly plan states how much it saves.

Plus small fixes throughout.

### 1.8.0 — 2026-08-19

Your BMI, free, from the height and weight already in Apple Health — or enter them by hand. Body fat and your TDEE/BMR reference figures are in Vitals+.

Clearer upgrade screen: every plan shows what it comes to per month, and the yearly plan states how much it saves.

Plus small fixes throughout.

### 1.7.7 — 2026-07-24

Accurate daily totals

• Fixed today's calorie total reading far too high on some devices. Resting energy that is still in progress now counts only the part of the day that has actually happened.
• The Maintenance widget now matches the figure inside the app. Completed days are finalized at midnight, so your widgets stay in step even if you don't open the app.
• Today, History, and the widgets now always report the same numbers.
