It doesn’t save my password, it takes forever for the sms code come… to reset your password you have to put in the entire card number it’s just a hassle! There’s no reason it should be this hard to log into an app. DO BETTER! ### 2/5 — Payment processing issues *2026-08-26, version 2.2.3* I made a payment and I received a receipt from total and through cash app but for some reason it didn’t post on my account and I call customer service and they couldn’t find that payment I made. They refused to look into it they just kept asking for another payment ### 2/5 — Okay card, high fees, app doesn’t work *2026-08-07, version 2.2.2* In all honesty, the card isn’t THAT bad, it’s the fees and waiting period after paying with a debit card which really grinds my gears along with the app being non functional, developers pls fix. I hate going online to pay or having to call… ### 1/5 — There is NO customer service *2026-07-27, version 2.2.1* I received my card and activated it. Then I can’t use it because the phone system says that the card is not activated! BS! When I called the customer service number, they say that they can’t activate it without sending me a passcode. BS! I tell them no they can’t send me anything. I state I want to speak to a MANAGER and am told they don’t have one. Call centers are supposed to have MANAGEMENT available from the time it opens until the time it closes! I will just pay the card and put it away and not use it. WORSE CARD EVER!!!!! ### 1/5 — Before Applying Beware *2026-07-27, version 2.2.1* This credit card is not worth getting , so many hidden fees they charge you after reading the terms and conditions. You cannot dispute any fees after them telling you they can. Wouldn’t trust this company with your information at all. You can’t understand them whatsoever. Horrible card to get ### 1/5 — Do not OPEN THIS CARD *2026-07-23* If I could give this 0 stars I would. As an application developer, you cannot log into this app at all. The initial and annual fees are ridiculous. You have to pay via an online payment processor which takes 14+5 business days to even reflect on your account. I paid my bill in full, though it won’t be reported as a full payment at the end of the month due to their ridiculous fees, turnaround times, useless trash app. Can’t wait to cancel and sue. ### 1/5 — Where is my card??? *2026-07-22, version 2.2.1* I applied for and was approved for my card at the end of April 2026. It is now the middle of June and there has been no card delivered, and emails(paper trail) with repeated inquiries have been pretty much blown off. This is unacceptable and so I am going to assume they don’t care about professionalism and taking care of their customers. In RESPONSE 7/22/26 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CARD SO I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. I applied and was accepting end of May and sent my info requested by email and then waited and waited. I sent several emails and the response I got was “we are working on it” and then no updates, no card, no email saying it was sent, nothing. I have emails to prove conversation thru email. If you are not going to honor your fiduciary duty you need to stop offering something you have no intention of making good on. You have been reported to the FTC for consumer fraud. ### 5/5 — Add a way to lock the card on the app *2026-07-06, version 2.2.1* Can we please put a lock card command in the app please its frustrating we can’t lock the card if it were to get stolen your out of luck ### 1/5 — Scammers degenerate *2026-07-03, version 2.2.1* Do not get a Total Credit Card. In my experience, they took the $95 fee, told me I was approved, then denied me afterward and held onto my money instead of handling it quickly or fairly. When that is someone’s last money, it is not a small issue—it creates real stress and leaves people stuck waiting. The process felt misleading, the fees felt predatory, and customer support did not make resolving it a priority. I strongly recommend going anywhere else before trusting this company with your money.
