Total Care Health is a telehealth app utilized by employers across the United States, providing high quality, convenient and timely access to US Board Certified Physicians for the health care needs of employers, employees, and their families. 

Total Care Health is dedicated to improving patient health and overall wellness through innovative healthcare solutions which combine the benefits of Telemedicine, Risk Assessment, and Physician-guided Health Improvement Programs (“HIP”).  

Let Total Care Health quickly and effortlessly take care of your everyday healthcare needs. 

Create an Appointment with a Doctor: 
Once logged in, select Create New Appointment. Then, choose whether to wait for the next available Doctor in the Virtual Waiting Room or set an appointment for the future. 

Talk with a Doctor via Phone or Video Call:  
Total Care Health utilizes Microsoft Teams to have a seamless, secure visit. Whether you choose to have the call via audio or video, a TCH Doctor is there to listen. 

Keeping your Medical Information Safe and Secure: 
Add dependents, complete your medical history, add your preferred pharmacy, and save any medicines or known allergies all within the app so the Doctors can provide you with complete health care. Your information is kept private and secure. We take your privacy seriously. Your visit and information are 100% secure, confidential, and compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
