I put them on before sleep, never went through more than 5 minutes of it as I fall asleep but it still has it's affect on me. After twice listening to it I noticed a major change in me. I was looking for something to help with my anxiety, not add to it. 👎 ### 1/5 — Not worth 10+ dollars *2019-03-23, version 4.0.1* Gave this app an honest try but quickly realized that similar recordings are avail free on media platforms such as YouTube. Content is decent but not worth 10 dollars of your money given similar free content elsewhere. He sounds like he's trying too hard, the old cliché of t a l k i n g v e r y s l o w l y sounds a bit forced and it's difficult to overlook. Also, the voice sounds like it's been recorded on a cheap microphone in a Portakabin; the acoustics are boxy and off-putting. There's no excuse for that kind of thing these days - top-class recording studios have cheaper rates than ever. So, aside from Darren's style not working for me personally (it's a subjective matter of taste), the shoddy presentation is enough to make me steer clear of any more apps by this developer. App deleted. 1 star. ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible *2010-05-06, version 0* It's expensive, not straightforward to use, have to download from website if you want to be able to use offline! The interface is terrible so old fashioned, and the aurator has the most annoying voice. Didn't relax me on the least I've switched off early and HAD to wRite this poor review as so annoyed. I had bought another confidence app for cheaper and it suited me better I'll continue to use that. This is a really good idea just not executed or sctioned well with the iPhone user in mind. We're cool this app simple isnot! ### 1/5 — Worthless *2010-03-01, version 0* For me this app is worthless, I can't turn on my iphone's airplane mode and use the app at the same time. How can you relax if you're iPhone is ringing? Or The facebook , eBay , mail apps giving you notifications? You can't. This is a serious flaw of this app, the sound files are on the web not locally stored on the iPhone. And it $120 for two years is way too expensive for a half of this caliber.
