It takes such a long time to connect to the system and is missing scheduling functionality. Why can’t I use the app to set an arm/disarm schedule? This is a basic thing (e.g. Nest). It took him two weeks to bring somebody out. It worked for a couple of days and then it stopped working and I got a phone call every morning at 7 AM telling him that it wasn’t set up properly. Service finally came out another two weeks later and said it was working fine. When I went to use the app, it told me that my sensors weren’t being connected. Depuis le début de mon abonnement, j’ai rencontré de nombreux problèmes avec leurs équipements, qui n’ont jamais fonctionné correctement malgré mes nombreuses communications avec leur équipe. J’ai signalé à plusieurs reprises la situation et demandé que le problème soit réglé, mais mes démarches sont restées sans solution satisfaisante. Pendant ce temps, j’ai continué à payer pour un service dont je ne pouvais pas réellement bénéficier. Ce qui est particulièrement frustrant, c’est qu’au moment de mettre fin au service, on me demande maintenant de payer des frais d’annulation alors que les problèmes provenaient précisément du service et des équipements fournis par la compagnie. Je trouve inacceptable de devoir payer pour un service qui n’a pas été rendu adéquatement et pour des équipements qui n’ont jamais fonctionné comme prévu. Je déconseille fortement cette compagnie.
