It said invalid user. However, the online chat seemed promising. It asked for paypal or a card for computer help. This was a $1 then $46 + per month. I was nervous of this I was not asking for computer help. It still works and looks great. I was totally willing to pay for the app since I didn’t buy the gym new. I was unable to even get in to create a username to pay for the app. ### 1/5 — HERE IS THE ANSWER TO EVERYONE’S PROBLEM... *2020-03-26, version 2.6* The login you’re supposed to use is what is created when you PURCHASE your total gym. Additionally, there is an annual subscription for using Total Gym TV (same login type required). So it goes to say that this is an excuse club so to speak. Which, to me, is insane because regardless if you purchased direct or second hand, that’s one expensive piece of equipment in your home. You should at least be able to use the app. But seriously - ANNUAL subscription? Do the workouts change each year? I’m confused. My guess is they horde the content as streamable only with DRM. Oh - the one star is for not including any details on ANY of this. Maybe because then it would have to be considered an in app purchase and this is a good loophole so Apple doesn’t get their cut? Not one of them understood this app is ONLY for employees of Total Gym! Read the description! The good news is that you don’t need the app anyway. Just go to totalgym.com. Choose Exercises, then choose by Workout, Body Position, Muscle Group, etc. Then choose a subset from the list on the left, pick a video from that subset, and work your buns off while watching and following the excellent demonstration.
