This was the best investment! So much that I canceled my gym membership. I didn’t think I would use the app but once I downloaded it I can’t imagine not having it. It works well for me, I love the various trainers. I find it easy to search a workout, find my favorites etc. ### 2/5 — How to become a member? *2024-06-11* I just added this app but there’s no link to create an account. It only says sign in but I can’t because I haven't had the chance to create an account. Can someone help me do this? I find using the machine difficult without visual guidance. It requires a lot more clicks to get it the videos I want to watch. They added the ability to create playlists, which is nice, but again, too many clicks to create a playlist and add videos. I would like to be able to bulk select videos to add to a playlist. I would also like to have more control over how my favorites are displayed. They used to display in the order added as a favorite. Now I believe they are displayed oldest publish date to newest? Overall I don’t think the new features added much value and resulted in more clicks to navigate to videos. In terms of the content, I do think there is a lot of great content to choose from. I wish it was better labeled as beginner, intermediate and advanced. There does not seem to be a way to cancel it. That is not cool. ### 1/5 — How to get an ID - Not a review. *2021-04-07, version 2.7.0* You have to buy one of their products to use this app. I'm giving it 1 star because : They don't make this clear. And... Their customer service for people who are ordering or have ordered is NON-EXISTENT. I purchased a gym from them mid-March, noting that they 'claim' orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Although there is a disclaimer about delays due to Covid it is now 3+ weeks and I've received *nothing*. The first time I tried calling I waited over 20 minutes before being disconnected. The second time at 4:10pm EST I got a recording telling me to call back during business hours (8:30am - 5:00pm EST). I tried emailing and got no response. They billed the credit card for the initial payment and then withdrew it. And all I see when I login to check the status is 'Pending Fulfillment' with no further details. I'm guessing they ran out of stock and more are being manufactured, yet they continue to offer their products on sale while leaving their customers in the dark and guessing. Not a way a company should operate. I'd have ordered a VigorFit if they'd had product svailable. Potential buyer beware! . ### 3/5 — Decent exercises, a letdown on motivation on music *2021-03-26* I just started using my sisters total gym and I like it. It’s hard however to feel motivated by the videos after stepping out of the peloton app with great instructors and upbeat music from any genre.
