## What is Total Mix?

Everything that altered the total mix. Nothing that didn't.

Total Mix reads the leading securities and corporate governance publications and reports the three to five developments that genuinely change what a public company lawyer advises, drafts, or files. Each is one sentence, with a link to the source. Tuesdays and Thursdays.

WHAT YOU GET

Three to five items an edition. Never more. A lead, a sentence of substance, and a line on what it means for you - then a link to the publisher who wrote it. Readable in about a minute.

Cards dismiss as you read them and the list closes up behind you. When it is empty, you are done. There is no infinite scroll, because there is no more.

THE DOCKET

A forward calendar of dates found in the sources - comment deadlines, effective dates, compliance dates. Entries appear only where a source stated an explicit calendar date, and the app shows you the exact words it found so you can check them. Illustrative, never comprehensive.

IT WORKS ON A PLANE

Every published edition is stored on your phone, archive included. The app opens and reads with no signal at all. Search runs across everything ever published, on the device, offline.

HOW IT IS WRITTEN

Summaries are generated automatically from published sources and are not reviewed by a lawyer before publication.

WHAT IT IS NOT

This is not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. It is deliberately selective and makes no claim to be comprehensive. Read the source before relying on anything.

ABOUT THE NAME

From TSC Industries v. Northway, 426 U.S. 438, 449 (1976): information is material if a reasonable investor would view it as having significantly altered the "total mix" of information available.

FREE

No accounts. No sign-in. No advertising. No in-app purchases. No analytics, no tracking, and nothing collected about you - the app has no way to know who you are.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-08-24

Reminders. Turn them on under About and your phone will nudge you on Tuesday and Thursday mornings when a new edition should be ready. They are set by the device itself — no account, and nothing about you leaves your phone.

The Docket has been removed. It could only carry dates a source stated outright, which left it empty more often than not, and a calendar that is usually blank is worse than no calendar.

Fixed: after clearing an edition, the app now names the right next publishing day.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-18

No release notes.
