Welcome to the Total Physique Coaching online Coaching, Fitness & Nutrition app.


Total Physique Coaching clients will have access to your very own client hub, you will have access to your food and workout plans, how far through the program you are, weeks remaining, keep track of your payments, check in and receive all feedback and communicate with us via text, audio or video directly through my app and so much more all in one place 24/7.


We ensure you will feel physically and mentally supported with the easiest way of communication whilst achieving your goals.


Your meal and workout plan is specifically tailored to each individual client. Depending on your goal whether it's just to maintain a healthy lifestyle or if you would like to compete on stage, from beginners to more advanced athletes. Exercise video library will be available, including video uploads to help with form and technique. View your current package, check how far you are into the program and how many weeks you have remaining is simple.


Giving clients access to the Total Physique Coaching app will ensure everything is managed in a user friendly hub and all of our clients have the easiest and smoothest road to achieving their goal.
