Welcome to Total Recreation. 7 years of coaching and physique development, all in one app.

Inside The App 

A digital training guide removes the need to track progress on paper. You can record all your workout data and store your set history so you can come back and see your workout stats. Your diet for your training day and rest day are all clearly on display and can be edited with the tap of a button.


Nutrition & Diet 

Nutrition is an important aspect of any top tier programme. In order to help you achieve the best results, the app contains 100's of meal options designed to help you fuel and grow your physique. Browse your favourite meals and creating a shopping list within the app that you can take with you to the supermarket. 



Training & Workouts

All workouts are tailored to the individual and each exercise has a description and video demonstration to help you with form and further understanding. Video analysis will also be provided by your coach to help you progress even further.


Daily Habits & Metrics Tracker

These include things such as sleep, resting heart rate, recovery, water, steps etc. Tracking all these daily variables along with the diet and training are the key to taking your physique to the next level and getting in the best shape of your life.
