So don’t bother. ### 1/5 — Would rate 0 if I could *2021-12-21, version 2.2.1* I thought this would be a nice app to use to support local businesses but I couldn’t be more wrong. First off, the app was extremely glitchy and crashed nearly every 5 seconds. I wasn’t able to set up an account for a week because I could barely get past step one. The second problem were the crazy fees. The prices seemed reasonable on the menu but by the time I got through taxes and driver gratitude, it was almost an extra $20. The last thing is one that was the deciding factor for me. I ordered from a small business because I wanted to support it but my order never arrived. When I called the number that was listed, the owner said they had never partnered with Total Takeout or given permission to put their menu on the app. I felt bad for the restaurant so I decided to order directly from them and I found another problem. The prices on Total Takeout had been jacked up from the original menu, some as much as $10! So poorly made it feels like a scam. The flow is totally off and extremely frustrating to use.
