I just went to backup my photos and it said it failed! I have the plan for this and am on your network so what is going on! It was working just fine til now! I’m not happy with this service!

Unfortunately not offered on Family plans. Why not?

The fact this is only offered to single line plans reflects poorly on the company. They should offer at least 10gb or even 5gb versions for family plan members. This is the only complaint that I have ever had about this company.
