Couldn’t cancel charge easily. Notifications say I’m still charging but my car isn’t plugged in anymore. Does work and can use an anonymous account ### 2/5 — Full of errors *2026-05-08* This app has lots of error and needs further optimisation. I cannot upload the receipt to my company portal expense. It does have the option to share but it doesn’t do anything. Often it takes a long time to load, the buttons don’t work and it require constant updating. Apple Pay gets approved, card payments get approved but no transaction ever goes through. It’s slow, laggy, inconsistent and unnecessarily difficult to navigate when all you want to do is start or stop a charging session. The biggest issue is reliability. Even hours after ending a charging session, the app continued to notify me that charging was still in progress, leaving me unsure whether the session had actually ended or whether I was still being billed. That’s not a minor bug—it’s something that undermines confidence in the service. An EV charging app should be simple, responsive and trustworthy. Unfortunately, this one is none of those ### 1/5 — Grottenschlecht nie mehr wieder! *2026-07-29* Kein Wunder, dass bei 18 Ladepunkten niemand steht, wenn es einfach nicht funktioniert, völlig unsinnig und nicht brauchbar. ### 1/5 — Rechnungsweiterleitung nicht möglich *2026-07-08* Die Rechnung wird in der App zwar angezeigt, jedoch ist eine Weiterleitung an die Buchhaltung leider nicht möglich. Der entsprechende Button ist ohne Funktion und blinkt lediglich kurz auf. Auch andere Weiterleitungsmöglichkeiten, zum Beispiel per E-Mail, WhatsApp, AirDrop oder über das Teilen-Menü, funktionieren nicht. Gerade für geschäftliche Nutzer ist das sehr unpraktisch, da Rechnungen zuverlässig und schnell an die Buchhaltung weitergeleitet werden müssen. Die App erfüllt damit einen wichtigen Zweck leider nur teilweise. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden. ### 1/5 — Rechnung kann nicht heruntergeladen werden *2026-06-26* ich nutze die App für meinen betrieblichen Fuhrpark. Leider ist es seit geraumer Zeit nicht mehr möglich, Rechnungen über die App herunterzuladen. Der Pfeil, der zum Herunterladen der Rechnungen dient, ist ohne Funktion. Das ist sehr unglücklich, da wir die Rechnungen für die Steuer benötigen. Könnten Sie uns bitte mitteilen, wie wir die Rechnungen über die App herunterladen können? The app was so slow and wouldn’t load that it would time out before I could pay.
