Constant problem. ### 1/5 — Literally doesn’t work *2025-09-05* App barely functions. Sluggish is an understatement. Cannot access menu to get to the crèche, just will not load the page. Regularly times out and shuts down. This is despite reinstalling. Appalling app that needs updating. ### 5/5 — Custom built app *2025-06-30* You can tell that Total Fusion has taken it upon themselves to custom build out their own app and scrap the use of generic apps like techno Gym. Total Fusion offers so much from wellness crew to Gym classes and this is a huge app, yet it’s simple and easy to navigate. It’s awesome to be able to go back through the past weeks and see what classes I’ve attended. The UX is really beautiful and easy to navigate and the person who built this obviously has a big brain. ### 1/5 — Can’t use app *2025-04-20* I can’t even sign in to this app. The open page is frozen with no options. Tried deleting and downloading again. Same result. ### 1/5 — No longer in phone calendar *2025-04-10* The app has updated where you don’t need to “book” classes but now the classes no longer appear in my phone calendar which linked to my watch. Only class where you have to book appear ### 1/5 — Crash *2025-03-31* The all tends to crash and close itself when I try to find the crèche option. It’s annoying. ### 1/5 — Bring back workout plans *2025-03-23* New app completely gutting key features is not it! ### 1/5 — Not a fan of the new update *2025-03-20* The new update isn’t as functional as the old app. I can no longer see how many spots are left in a class, I can’t filter by class or trainer and I can’t join multiple waitlists. The expansion with the gym is great but classes for Pilates haven’t increased, considering this is an extra fee it’s disappointing that the app doesn’t allow me to join multiple waitlists so not only can I not get to join waitlists for multiple classes at the same time (not to be greedy but to simply hope to get into a class in the morning or evening time that suits my schedule) but there’s also a new limit of only 1 Pilates class day which includes signing up on the waitlist, so people who pay for Pilates just miss out on classes. ### 3/5 — Love the new app *2025-03-15* Really enjoying the schedule feature ### 2/5 — Body composition measures missing *2025-03-01* I’ve lost my body composition measurements with the updated app 😫 ## Frequently asked questions about TotalFusion Australia ### How do I book a class with TotalFusion?
