The one single time I had an issue, they replied to my complaint within hours, and actually changed the way the game worked, to suit me and a few other malcontents. I sat out for a week and my scores went to zero. After I contacted the game administrators because I couldn’t understand why my score would be like 84 at night but would go to like 102 in the morning. I was told that members would leave but return later. If this is true then why the zero? I don’t think there is a way to win at this game. Like Sisyphus. I have played this for over two years and love every time I have played. The other outstanding point is “mom” of this Mom and Pop game is they are always willing to help if you have a problem. Ex: I switched ipads and it did not carry over my scores but “mom” helped me. This is truly a challenging game and intend to wear out the BowHowdy crew.
