The app experience; however, is not. I cannot even sync the planter to the app. I have tried everything in my power to get it to work and it simply will not. Which doesn’t feel great as a lot of the functionality of the planter itself directly correlates to having the app working as intended. I hope they can resolve the sync issue so I can enjoy my planter fully. ### 1/5 — No code *2024-10-20* Can’t even open the app. Waiting on a code which has not been emailed?? ### 1/5 — App doesn’t even work *2024-10-16* It stuck on the main screen and couldn’t even launch into the app to add device. ### 2/5 — Won’t connect to WiFi *2024-12-15* The first 2 times it connected I still got an error message. Now I get the error message and it won’t connect. I’ve done the factory reset and followed the instructions. It will turn the lights on and off and run the water but that’s it. I get the error message. So frustrating. I waited 2 years bought the most expensive package and now this. ### 3/5 — App is okay *2025-11-04* PLEASE MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD IN THE APP!!!! App is okay, missing features but basic info is available. However BIG issue is that there is no way to reset your password if you forget it and now I am unable to log back in or reset my password. I am glad they fixed the issue and I can give the app 5 stars. I want to start by saying that the planter itself seems very well made and thought out. The app experience; however, is not. My phone can’t seem to connect to Totam. It connects to my bathroom scale and Gardyn just fine. Not sure why not. Hopefully I can update this with 5 stars soon. My Totam is all turned on with lights and water and looking pretty. UPDATE: My phone finally asked me to allow connection and it finally connected. Problem may have been cause by staying on settings page while the WiFi ball twirled rather than going back to the app right away, which allowed me to say yes to allowing connection.
