It took some time and follow-up, but once they got back to me, they were helpful and made things right. I really appreciate their support and willingness to work with me. Their items are truly beautiful, unique, and very nicely made—I’ve especially loved the furry bags. The quality definitely stands out, and I’m happy to keep supporting them now that the customer service came through. I ordered the black furry duffel and received a black leather-looking one instead. Since then, I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times through different emails and platforms, and I’ve only gotten automated responses. No one has actually helped me, and it feels like they’re completely ignoring the issue. For a company that promotes luxury and customer experience, this has been incredibly disappointing. Back and forth for over an hour with the customer support representative constantly asking me if I wanted a credit and not a refund. They finally submitted my refund request to another team. TERRIBLE SUPPORT!! I would have considered purchasing again if they would have taken my request the first time but never again. I’m pretty sure my refund request will not go through and my order will be randomly shipped out and possibly lost in shipping. Since that looks to be their goto response. And they are not liable for lost items in shipping and hold zero accountability. Completely unacceptable. Now I have to take this matter up with my bank. I loved it so much I struck up a conversation. She told me about the website and I went straight to it upon checkin. You all were having a BOGO, so I got the black for myself and emerald green for her. Later I got the brown for my mother’s gift for Mother’s Day. We later acquired the toiletry bags to match. Apparently you all read the text messages that I send. Sooo, I’m waiting patiently for the large Apollo 2 makeup bag with 3 tier sections. I also need a passport book cover. For some reason the one I ordered isn’t what we need. Thanks for such a great collection.
