This company seems to be difficult to reach as after a week still haven’t heard anything from them for my business. It is a bummer that’s for sure but unfortunately nothing I can do when they cannot get in contact with customers in an appropriate timeframe. Cannot use the app without having an account. Cannot get an account without a response from reps.

Do NOT update the app unless your device is newer than 12.5.7!  The information posted here is incorrect. I updated based on the compatibility listed and now I don’t have a working app.

This app is not reliable. Nobody answers their phone. After two hours waiting for tech support an another hour chatting with tech support I was told it is not compatible with latest apple iOS. So what do we do. I guess cross our fingers that they fix it and in the meantime tell people we can’t process EBT. Boo.

Don’t consider using this app to process EBT payments unless you want to spend insane amounts of hours troubleshooting system and equipment failures. The depth of their support knowledge is practically useless, super slow and the equipment you need to use is horrible. We use this system once a week for about five hours, and our downtime is unacceptable because we consistently have problems with it working properly. We have to troubleshoot the app and equipment every week. Now we are being told that we need a new card reader after less than six months of use. Pure garbage. There has to be a better way because this isn’t it.
