I like how there’s no spolilers and how it’s so modern and compact. I was a little confused when all the Armor pieces were checked as discovered instead of not having it marked at all. Then, I pressed the discovered icon and it took me to a one payment fee. So the question is, do I have to pay the fee to change it to either not discovered or discovered or is there just something I’m missing? It is a truly excellent app! ### 5/5 — Wonderful Guides, Wonderful Developer *2024-08-07, version 2023.7.5* When I first started playing ToTK the first thing I did was look for a guide from Jeffery, seeing how far both the animal crossing new horizons guide and this ToTK guide has come in the last few years is a testament to the skill and dedication that goes into building them and I love getting to watch the guide evolve along the way! The direct responses to feedback and watching features added from popular requests make this a must have! I think my only requests would be adding the Bubblfrogs to the map or the compendiums, but not having them won’t keep me from looking forward to ticking off locations, items, and watching the completion meter for shrines inch closer to 100%! ### 5/5 — Just great *2024-03-24* So useful. 2 suggestions: - an easy accessible toggle for showing all. [CORRECTION: this functionality is built in] My one ask which may be tricky but certainly fairly standard and doable (maybe already done but I don’t see this option) is to allow data export/import or accounts creation so I can switch between my iPad and iPhone and the maps are in sync. [CORRECTION: this functionality is built in] Otherwise, what makes this app stand apart from others is quality of build and tracking progress which really makes this a very personal feeling application. It comes across as more of a travel journal than just a map/info dump. I kind of think of it as my own Sheikah Slate (Purah Pad). Top notch, everyone should get the + edition (I did and am loving it). It cannot be searched it does not exist in your map ### 1/5 — I just wanna restore my purchase *2025-06-16, version 2025.1.2* I had to uninstall this app due to storage issues and later reinstalled it again because it was super useful, and while I had it the first time I had bought the extra features that it offers. When I reinstalled the app and attempted to restore my purchase, it doesn’t even register that I’m typing in my apple account password and sends me back to the initial screen showing what the Travel Guide + offers. I don’t want to have to repurchase it because was $5 and I’m not willing to spend the money on this AGAIN. ### 2/5 — Wont run *2025-12-26, version 2025.2* A while back it was so great that I did the in app purchase. Unfortunately ever since iOS 26.2 it hasn’t been working for me. The maps have been freezing, and the app mostly opens to a blank blue-ish background screen, sometimes crashing after a few seconds. I missed a ton when I first was using the app because the app doesn’t show the icons for all of them…..unless you zoom in….all….the…..way. Makes using the app for Korok hunting much more tedious because you have to look at the map at the smallest scale. Really hard to do on a phone. Almost bearable on an iPad. However, it would be nice to see treasures listed in the shrine tab for what you can find in a shrine, but apart from that I think everything looks pretty swell. Please also, add zonai items to the materials bar so that I can search them and see which dispensers I can find them at, and expand on the materials that are listed because that’s not all of the materials that can be found for some of them. Would also be nice to see shrine walkthroughs in a different notes sections of the shrine menu. Please also add a main/side/side adventure checklist as well. ### 3/5 — Preatty ok *2023-12-23, version 2023.7.3* The app is pretty good but I prefer more info on the items in the games ex: weapons fruit or food and ores. But the thing that I REALLY REALLY don’t like about it is that every time I try to get something done or look something up, it always takes me out of the app to my Home Screen and that gets me really annoyed. The rest are all checklists! Add to that I desperately wanted a map where I could put down pins with more than just seven icons in one whole color. Nintendo, please, just five color options that’s all I need! What I’m trying to say is that I was on the verge of giving up. This is everything I wanted it to be. The fact that the upgraded version is just a one time payment? Yes, thank you. Please keep doing what you’re doing. Edit: the only thing I would love to see added is the full catalog of monsters and materials treated the same way the other points of interest are. I want to use the map to keep track of monsters and plants so I know where to go if I need to farm some resource like boko guts. I want to be able to save the locations but also selectively turn off the visibility for each one. However I recognize that this would be a huge amount of work. As it is now I can just do that with custom pins but it would be nice to have an official way.
