There is no where on the app for me to cancel it myself. I submitted a request to the support team since that’s all it would let me do. I was charged for the yearly subscription on day two of the free trial (you have to cancel it 24 hours before the trial is up, so it’s not really a free 3 day trial anyway). I never received an email back, so I requested a refund and was told my trial had ended and they are not obligated. I was sent a link to cancel my subscription, and all it gave me was plan options. I am still unable to cancel and had to dispute the charge on my card.
