But I absolutely abhors the app. It is terrible. Nothing worked so I deleted the app and now cannot log into my account. I’ve tried everything to get back into but nothing works and there is no phone number to call in order to aid me so I haven’t been able to use the bracelet at all over the past few weeks. They were a gift from my Best Freind and we have them so we don’t have to text all the time to communicate. The only problem I have at all, is I can’t find connect Bluetooth in my settings. Whenever I open my settings to connect the Bluetooth to the app like it said it doesn’t appear,which makes me think that it worked but I go into the app and it has that annoying little pop up that says for me to connect Bluetooth? That is my only thing I don’t like, everything else is Amazing. ### 3/5 — Disconnecting *2026-06-11, version 4.6.6* It will randomly disconnect from my phone. Sometimes it will be 5 minutes and other times 8 hours. But it means that I don’t get her pings and I can ping her I also don’t understand why the app always has to be open when a company like globe can make it so I can controls everything without the app open Outside of that the battery life is great, about 5 days between charges. Dennoch finde ich, dass mit ein bisschen mehr Entwicklung das Erlebnis noch erheblich verbessert werden kann. Denn das Grundprinzip ist wirklich super. Hier ein paar zusätzliche Hinweise/ Verbesserungen: 1. Die Anruferinnerung klappt zumindest bei uns aktuell nicht, egal ob alle oder ausgewählte Kontakte. 2. Es wäre super, wenn Hintergründe für Chat etc. für beide Partner synchonisiert werden, wie z.B. bei WhatsApp. 3. Mehr Kurzbefehle direkt über die Armbänder. Es wäre gut wenn man z.B. durch einen unterschiedlichen Startbefehl (langes halten oder Doppelklick) weitere Befehle direkt versenden kann. So wäre z.B. kurz + kurz = ich liebe dich“, lang + lang = „traurig“ oder Doppelklick + kurz = „Sorry“ So wären viel mehr Interaktionen möglich ohne umständlich immer wieder in die App zu gehen. Würde mich freuen, wenn diese Funktionen integriert werden könnten. 😊 ### 4/5 — Great *2026-05-18, version 4.6.4* I got these bracelets for myself and my long distance partner. We are half a world away from each other and this helps us feel more connected not only on good days but the hard days. I would definitely recommend. I paid way too much money for this not to work. ### 3/5 — Good at first then multiple errors *2026-04-16, version 4.6.0* Me and my girlfriend had zero problems for about a week with it now I’m having multiple errors all my settings required to make the bracelet work is correct but for some reason in the app it’s not letting me send the other messages to her bracelet and giving me errors so I tried deleting it and now since I forgot my password I tried resetting it and it’s giving me a random error. Please fix this. So far the 100 dollars wasn’t worth it. ### 2/5 — App stopped working less than 24 hours later. *2026-04-16, version 4.6.0* (UPDATE 2) the same issue that started initially is back again. I hope they are able to fix this bug from happening so constantly. At least customer service seems to be attentive. (UPDATE 1) there was a bug that caused this. It was fixed the next day. But when I went to turn my phone off for an appointment, the same issues persisted. :( Hoping support can help. OP: My partner and I set up our bracelets and bid farewell this morning. It’s back to long distance again. The touch bracelets made things a little easier to transition into, and provided me much joy and comfort. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours later, I cannot access the app at all. The bracelet was working amazingly all day and then it suddenly stopped sending and receiving tap notifications. I tried logging out and logging back in to see if that helped. Except I can’t even log back in now. I reached out to support previously and have tried all 7 steps given to me to troubleshoot the app and bracelet and NOTHING works. Everything is up to date. I’ve reset my network multiple times. Toggled data/wifi. Delete and reinstall. Restart the bracelet. Restart the phone. All in different orders and none of them landed me any results. I was told to reach out to this email if the steps given to me didn’t resolve the issue. Since they did not, I’m reaching out. I’m heart broken. What do I do? These bracelets are so expensive only to stop working 24 hours in💔💔💔 I don’t know what support can offer me but. The concept is lovely and the bracelets are great when they work properly. But. Man könnte doch per doppeltem Schnellen Tippen oder dreifachen schnellen Tippen noch weitere Nachrichten Senden ohne dass man dass Handy in die Hand nehmen. 5-6 verschiedene Nachrichten die man individuell schreiben kann, mit mehr als nur 20 Zeichen, wäre perfekt. Dass schlimmste allerdings finde ich, wenn ich die App schließe, kommt direkt eine Pushnachricht „Die App läuft nicht mehr, daher wurde deine Tatwoo-Verbindung unterbrochen. Um sie wiederherzustellen, öffne einfach die App erneut. Du kannst zurück zum Stadtbildschirm gehen und dein Handy verwenden, die App wird im Hintergrund weiterlaufen, und deine Tot“ Also wenn man die App schließt ist dass Armband einfach nur ein Armband ohne Funktion, und dafür zahlt man schließlich nicht einen solchen Preis. Dass sollte wirklich als allererstes behoben werden. Whenever I close out of the app (swiping out of it completely), the bracelet disconnects and won’t flash when my partner sends notifications.
