First of all the app isn’t even right half the time and second of all the bus company haven’t got enough drivers and not one driver has said sorry NOT ONE! I work 80% of the time and the 20% in collage and I have to relay on public transport and to say I’m disappointed is an under statement ### 1/5 — Network Warrington are Garbage!! *2021-08-04, version 34.3.4388* Cant even be bothered to put bus times on the app. Digusting company who dont even respond to complaints. ### 2/5 — Wrong Timetables *2025-03-25, version 86.1* I appreciate it’s not the bus drivers faults, but a lot of the time the timetables are just wrong and tell you to get on/off at certain stops when those stops have different names or the bus driver tells you it’s not this bus etc. Another thing is they advertise a bus is coming on the app, only for it to never show up (i.e. today I wanted to get one at 6:33pm, and at the station on the screen it said one was due then, but it just didn’t and had to wait for a 7:00pm). ### 2/5 — Pretty Good App but poor bus service *2024-12-18, version 79* The app is good at showing you where vehicles are but this does nothing to make them arrive on time or if ever ### 2/5 — Awful timings. *2023-07-31, version 46.1* It shows all bus times but then half of them don’t even come? It just keeps freezing on me especially when I click on explore to see where the bus is. Not helpful when I can’t get back on to my ticket. I have to keep closing the app and restarting it to get it back on, not ideal when the bus turns up and I’m struggling to get my ticket back up!
