## What is Touch Grass?

Touch some grass. Put your phone down, start a focus session, and watch your own little patch of grass grow — sprout, grass, flowers, then a tree. Doomscroll and it wilts.

Touch Grass is an anti-doomscroll focus app with a heart. Keep your daily streak alive and Worm earns new hats. It is built on a simple, honest idea: we never watch your other apps and never sell your data. The grass grows on your honor — that is the whole point.

FEATURES
- Focus sessions with a gentle timer (pick a preset or go custom)
- A living grass garden you grow by focusing, drawn by hand and never the same twice
- Worm, your mascot, cheering you on with unlockable hats
- Daily streaks and streak-protection reminders
- Log real-life activities: went outside, exercised, saw a friend
- Local stats: total focus, sessions, longest streak, weekly chart
- 100% offline. No account. No tracking.

FAIR & SIMPLE
- Free with non-personalized ads only
- One-time unlock removes ads and unlocks every hat and grass theme
- No subscription. No gacha. No data selling.

Go touch some grass.
