## What is Touch of Paint?

The last touch is the hard one.

Touch of Paint helps oil painters adjust a pile that is nearly right. Tell it what is in your pile, judge what needs to change, and explore possible additions before adding real paint.

LOOK, THEN ADJUST
Ask for a lighter or darker value, a warmer or cooler temperature, or a brighter or duller colour. Compare suggested paints, rough amounts, and the side effects of each addition.

EXPLORE A TARGET
Choose a swatch or tap a colour in a photo. See how additions may move your current mixture toward it, or explore a fresh recipe when starting again makes more sense.

LEARN YOUR TUBES
Start with a selection of 33 oil paints. Calibrate estimated tinting strengths and use feedback after an addition to adjust the model to your own paints.

KEEP THE RECIPE
Save a colour as a parts recipe. Scale it to your canvas, coverage, application thickness, and spare allowance with Mix Enough, then share a mixing checklist.

WORK OFFLINE
Mixtures and photos are processed on your device. No account, advertising, or subscription is required. Saved colours and calibration stay on that device.

Colours and quantities are estimates from a generic paint model, not measurements of a particular brand. Paint, lighting, screens, and proportions vary. Begin with small additions and use your eye to judge the real mixture. Keep a separate copy of important recipes before deleting the app.
