Perfect for me as I’m often hotdesking (or working from home during COVID), so I’m not chained to a desk phone, and don’t have to pass calls to my mobile instead. ### 1/5 — Absolute nightmare *2020-12-22, version 1.6.4* I need to use this for work but it doesn’t work Garbage ### 1/5 — Touch Terrible *2020-05-07, version 1.6.1* The app is useless. It doesn’t collate information properly, it freezes, it doesn’t load certain screens, you have to open and close it several times to change your status and even then you get calls come through when you shouldn’t. A whole team of people have had a multitude of problems with this app. I certainly would not recommend it. ## Frequently asked questions about Touch Technology ### Does Touch Technology have ads?
