로그인할때마다 개빡치네진짜
은행어플 로그인처럼 패턴,안면인식 못하는거냐? 자동저장이라도 해놓던지 
민원정보불러오기,내역조회 등등 
간편한 시스템이 1도없고 
휴대폰번호입력은 왜 쓸데없이 3분할로 나눠놓은거? 
그리고 요즘 주민번호 뒷자리는 입력없이 앞번호만 입력해도된다 

로그인방식만 바꿔도 
절반은 먹고가니깐 앱개발 담당자들
더 투자해서 시스템 변경좀해라진짜

산재승인이 나서 본인부담 치료비 청구하려는데,  로그인하는것부터 직관적이지 않아서 몇번을 뺑뺑이를 돌림. 겨우 로그인해서 들어갔더니 내가 산재신청이 되어있는지 승인이 났는지 전혀 볼 수도 없고, 본인부담 치료비 청구를 신청하려하니 ‘산재근로자만 사용할 수 있는 메뉴’ 라고 나온다.
