Put on new card information etc. would not work. I ended up using my credits for the free wash I had earned even though I wanted the better wash-nothing happened except my credits were used. Instead, I was pressured to purchase a more expensive service from the same provider, which I believe is a scam. Apple has failed to protect its customers in this situation.
