I looked on every choice in the app to try to find a way to contact someone There is no way. Last year the app wouldn’t let me car wash and I was in a hurry I needed to get to work and it charged me anyway I thought it might’ve been my fault. This morning I pulled in No one was there. I started the app I selected the wash as I always did. I pulled up to the door and waited. Nothing happened. I waited a little longer on parking behind me. I waited a little longer. Nothing happened. I let the other card pull up and she said it’s not working but I was charged twice so now I think I need to be credited for three washes if someone reads this. This better not be expected functionality. Super, super annoying. Let stay logged in. ### 1/5 — Stole 1 of my washes *2023-04-14, version 2.0.12* Bought a membership and 1st time I go to use it the machine didn't recognize the app purchase resulting in me having to use a second wash in order to get my car actually washed. ### 1/5 — Car wash owner rips off customers; ignores refund requests *2023-01-03, version 2.0.12* On December 17th, I went to this location and purchased an AutoWash via Apple Pay in the app. The wash turned out to be broken / non-functional. I turned the sign around that said “open” to “closed” so other customers wouldn’t be ripped off also. I emailed the owner at their website; no response. Used the website form; no response. Called the phone number; no answer but instructions to text. Texted the number; no response. Apple cannot refund Apple Pay purchases via this app (because they aren’t categorized as in-app purchases). So you can be easily ripped off when a wash isn’t working with no recourse. Avoid ### 2/5 — Meh! *2023-01-01, version 2.0.12* The service tricked me into downloading the app and giving my phone number promising free credit for first time accounts only to display a message that "this number is not eligible for a free credit". Why? Put on new card information etc. would not work. I ended up using my credits for the free wash I had earned even though I wanted the better wash-nothing happened except my credits were used. I left and called the number for a refund. The new owner informed me they don’t use the app. Why is it still showing on the location as one of the active sites at Bonne Terre Mo ### 1/5 — WARNING SCAM! Please report to Apple to remove this app from the App Store. *2025-12-21, version 3.0.04* I purchased a service but never received it. I requested a refund, but it was not provided. Instead, I was pressured to purchase a more expensive service from the same provider, which I believe is a scam. Apple has failed to protect its customers in this situation. Thinking I had missed something, I went back to the main screen, click the wash again, No Activate choice again. Car wash did not notify Entrance either time. My account history shows 2 car washes and my car is still dirty. No way to contact owner for a refund! Contacting City Hall and Better Business Bureau to help prevent others becoming a victim. ### 1/5 — There’s no way to report issues. Steals from you. *2024-08-19, version 2.0.14* I’ve been using this app for a while and it was really handy at first until you realize how it steals money from you. The issue is that there is absolutely no way to email or contact ANYONE through the app to report an issue. I bought 12minutes through the app and after I sent it through I realized the bay I was using wasn’t lit up anymore. So I waited a bit to see if it would still function but nothing ever happened even though the app said it was sent through successfully. I understand that the main issue is with the car wash. I had to Google the car wash to get a phone number to contact anyone. I called the number and left a message and didn’t get a call back. If the app had a way to report issues like this, it would make things so much easier. I want my $6 back, yeah it’s “only $6” but it’s just the fact that I spent the money and got screwed. I’m probably going to switch back to cash and ditch the app after going through this issue. ### 1/5 — Most FRUSTRATING App!!! Run away! *2024-07-13* I purchased a monthly car wash from a place that uses ONLY this app for admission! BIG MISTAKE! I’ve come to wash my car SEVERAL times only to have the app tell me to “try again later” that it’s currently offline. This time this happened IMMEDIATELY after I just witnessed another car get washed right in front of me. There is no customer support website nor call line. They quickly resolved my issue in minutes! ### 5/5 — I have Used the Scrubs Touch4wash for years *2023-12-26, version 2.0.14* I love these scrubs, Touch4Wash, in Gainesville Florida. I’ve been using it for years for automatic car washes and it does a great job. I recently had a problem with the app and I was charged several times for transactions that didn’t go through and the owner immediately refunded the money. That was a one time situation, but it proved what good owners they are.
