Half of the time it never works or it won’t take your login credentials. If you try Face ID or touch ID and it does not work, it will completely take it off of it and never let you use it again and you have to dig back through menus to set it back up again. I’m constantly having to change my password, even though I type it in right through the app, because this invalidates my entire password for my bank. Logged in one time. The next time I tried logging in I kept getting an error message saying credentials couldn’t be validated. Deleted app and reinstalled and still kept getting the same error message. It’s been over a week and still can’t log in. Obviously there is something seriously wrong with this app that’s not being addressed. Imagine it telling you it’s time to update, so you click on the link to update and all it does is spiral in you in an endless loop that leads to nowhere. Absolutely brutal useless app. Get it together nerds!! ### 1/5 — Extremely outdated *2025-04-27, version 24.2.40* This app does almost little to nothing other than let you check your balance and transfer money between checking and savings. That’s basically it. It’s super slow to log in and they show zero signs of any updates or major improvements. Why my bank used this app is beyond me it’s very bad. I’m constantly logged out of the app and I’m asked for an “app code” that no one seems to know and isn’t listed anywhere on the website. Every time there is an update, it will no longer let you log in using your credentials. I document my password, so I know what the correct one is. Tired of having to go back to my bank and have them reset it.
