I am a busy agent who usually carries a fair bit of listings. It helps keep track of all your showings and you can send messages easily to all that showed interest in. Eg. you do a price change. Easily I can let all the agents that showed it. Also automatically you can get it to follow up with the agents for feedback within a period of time after the showings. Many more features to explore as well.
