The app doesn't. Also, this is the kind of app that should "just work". To get the watch to sync, I had to "forget device" in Bluetooth and then uninstall and reinstall the app. This isn't the kind of thing an end-user should be doing. I love the watch, but the app greatly reduces my watch's value and utility. If the app changes quality, I'll do my best to remember to update this review. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t seem to work anymore *2023-03-14* Our time changed but the watch’s time didn’t. I re-downloaded the app and now the watch doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried everything. Don’t buy this watch because it’s a headache due to the inconsistent app! Then I try to scan the website code from the watch itself and it’s not supported. The watch’s features are great, but guess what; I can’t access them right now because it can’t connect! Monitors your heart rate, steps, weather, gives you reminders to drink water and move. I bought it specifically to use my art as the background but you cannot customize the placement of the “current time” so it blocks any photo you add. My only complaint/request - Please add the ability to move time to top or bottom, so background photo can show through better. Please fix ASAP!! ### 1/5 — Nice watch -that’s it *2023-05-27* I like the watch, different watch faces, and ability to create your own watch faces. Call and txt notifications stopped working months ago. I think notifications worked for 3 or 4 months. I contacted customer support via website and got no response. I upgraded to an iPhone and I am now unable to log on to the app, create a log in, log in with my Apple ID. No matter what I choose the app either crashes or says there’s technically difficulty to try again later. This is all evening. Had the watch for 5 days then it said upgrade software which then crashed the watch. I am returning immediately. Do not waste your time or money on Techelex software or product. The set-up of the app was easy, just as is described in the printed manual which came with the watch. The app on the phone is intuitive and works smoothly with the watch. The watch, by itself, keeps good record of the current daily data. Additional data, settings, & information (such as the previously stored data, daily/monthly/yearly, personal settings and information like Sleep Score) can be accessed via the phone app. Overall, it performs as described and expected & I am satisfied with the app. ### 5/5 — Great app and watch! *2022-03-02, version 1.2.1* I received the watch in perfect condition, great packaging and easy to set up. Besides a few minor technical difficulties which were easily fixed by contacting support and them having prompt response times and great help, I can say for certain that this watch has easily become a daily use for me and I’ve only had it for about a week, worth the money, worth the effort, and the looks are similar to that of a name brand watch for sure. Screen size is perfect, fits well, and does everything I need it too. Also the app works very well and provides me with an on phone review of my watch analytics, Thank you! This is definitely one to recommend. ### 4/5 — Why oh why *2023-07-04* It’s a very good watch and I love that u can use it when u work out and yeah I love the watch oh and also if totchlex is reading this review please add more customization tii ok ur app ### 4/5 — It’s really good! :D *2023-04-23* I got this watch last Christmas so I’ve been wearing it for a while, it’s very good at tracking my heart rate, sleep, and it also shows me when I need to have on a jacket invade there’s rain in the weather thing, you can change the background and it charges really fast! It’s kinda like an Apple Watch but for kids. The reason I rated this a 4 is because there’s always room for improvement but it is awesome! 🤍 ### 4/5 — Tricky Registration *2022-01-01, version 1.2.0* The app works well with the Touchelex watch. It took me awhile to complete the registration process for the app because: 1) I had a VPN open on my iPhone which prevented communicating with their website and 2) after getting the verification code you have to view the user agreement and privacy policy before it completes the registration. After that it was smooth sailing. ### 3/5 — Sleep Time *2023-03-07* I’ve been using this for about a month now. While on Daylight Saving Time, my sleep time tracking was an hour off. After coming off DST, it’s still an hour off. Time on the watch and phone match. Also, a way to create or edit watch faces would be nice. And the blog is pretty empty. Potential here, but not realized yet. Update: new release is worse. Now it hangs during synchronization. Maybe you should debug before release. It does track my steps at least. That part works well. ### 3/5 — Was fantastic and now it’s just ok *2023-01-17, version 1.2.7* I was elated to purchase this watch for all the options it had instead of purchasing a much more expensive one. The heartrate record used to show specific bpm in the graph with the time and it was extremely helpful, now it only shows a gray box.
