These go back years and years. Where’s QSC? I’ve emailed multiple reports to QSC; no response. When my TM-30 needs replacement, I’ll seek a company that does a better job of supporting its paying customers. ### 3/5 — Keeps disconnecting on IOS. *2023-10-25* App works great but continues to loose connection when sitting idle for a time or in background on iPhone and iPad of all models we have. See there is no background processing option in settings. When will an update to fix this come as we all don’t want to purchase a Android phone for just this app! Don’t upgrade until this issue is resolved. ### 3/5 — Good App but disconnects *2023-07-16, version 3.0.19* The newest version of this app works very well overall, except for the problem of disconnecting from the mixer every time I switch to using a different app and then return to the TouchMix-30 app which was still running in the background. This is a major issue in a live music setting when using the mixer app, a song sheet app, etc. simultaneously. Hopefully a fix is in the works! ### 2/5 — WI-FI Disconnecting *2023-06-24, version 3.0.19* Ever since the new update, this app disconnects from both of my Wi-Fi routers when connected via Ethernet to the TouchMix-30 Pro. This happens when switching temporarily to other apps on the iPad Pro such as a Setlist app or DJ app, etc. This forces me to constantly quit out of the touch mix app and re-open it in order to reestablish control of the TouchMix-30 consul. It is very annoying. Please fix, thanks. ### 2/5 — App disconnects frequently *2023-06-24, version 3.0.19* I was using the Touchmix-16 using an old ipad 4th gen running ios 10. It worked great very stable. We recently "upgraded" to the Touchmix-30 firmware Ver. 3.0.12462 and I upgraded to ipad 8th gen running the latest ios 16.5. We held our first band rehearsal (11 piece), all connected with iphone running individual monitor mix. Connected to a local wireless router that was wired to the mixer in the same room. Numerous times for everyone the app simply disconnects. The iPhone remained connected to the local wifi but the app just disconnects. The only way to reconnect to the mixer was to close the app, restart wifi on the iphone, reconnect to the wireless, reopen the app. I'm very disappointed. For the cost of this unit, plus the need to upgrade the ipad. This is unacceptable. We are playing our first show tonight with the new TM-30 and hopefully, everyone can get their mix at sound check. QSC. You need to do better. If you truly want to be a top tier pro audio company you need a more stable robust app. (I'm considering returning this unit and going with something else) ### 4/5 — If only it could send signals to GarageBand *2023-06-24, version 3.0.19* The app is great. I’m not a sound person but I know *just* enough to be productive and not destroy settings. I was hoping to record with GarageBand on the iPad hooked up as the remote, but I’m also not that adept at anything involving recording. Would be so easy instead of worrying about hard drives and whatnot, just multitrack recording on your iPad. ### 2/5 — Crashes after update *2023-04-04, version 3.0.16* App now crashes on both iPhone and iPad after the latest update. Please fix. I didn’t have crashes before now. ### 2/5 — Very poor for iPad Air 4 *2023-02-20, version 2.0.10* If you have an air 4, don’t bother downloading. Maybe even other air models. I’ve reached out to them and they do not respond. There is a major glitch in the graphics for the sliders. The lines do not line up with the slider limit, meaning it goes far beyond where it’s supposed to stop. All the way to the bottom of the screen into the mute buttons. As I said, I sent them a ticket and they don’t seem to care to do an update or respond with a fix. Otherwise, it’s decent operation. ### 3/5 — Needs update *2022-08-22, version 2.0.10* As several folks have recently noted, changing scenes is no longer completely successful. Monitor settings are most often lost. Probably due to iOS updates. QSC needs to bring things up to speed. Going through support did not result in any useful workarounds. ### 2/5 — iPad mini 6 *2022-06-18* Неправильно отображаются фейдера ### 1/5 — Constantly crashes *2022-03-07, version 2.0.10* I have a iphone 13 using IOS 15.3.1 and my band just started using this app with our new board. This app crashed no less than 6 times on me during my gig. It is very unstable and freezes before just blowing you back to the Home Screen. I have a new phone and all up to date software, so it’s not me. I need this app to work and not crash during a show. How can I ever depend on such an unstable app. It also looks like this app has not been updated in TWO YEARS. why is this? We just bought a new board and all they have is this unstable software for it?? Come on guys, fix it please!!! ### 3/5 — Display not tuned for iPad Pro 2021 *2021-11-30* The position of the channel faders don’t reflect the actual level. If I have the fader at unity position the level is actually about maximum output. There’s no controlling anything. It connects to my mixer but there’s no way to actually do anything on it. Yes we have permissions set to allow everything. If it worked it would be a 5star easy. There is no other button shows up. ### 1/5 — Beware of the upgrade *2024-02-04, version 3.0.22* I resisted upgrading the new firmware of this mixer for just this reason. As soon as I upgraded the firmware on the mixer, the app will not work. Yes, I tried everything. Uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting the mixer. Major problems. Using a dedicated router just for the unit .
