In that document find the section that talks about if your device is lost or stolen and click on the “oneweb” link. From there when you are signed in try and unregister your account from the touchnet360u and then when it’s unregistered go back to the app and try to sign in again I’m not sure if I got lucky but it worked for me ### 5/5 — Love this new version of app *2021-12-27, version 8.2.0.1.2* This new version of touchnet app is great.
