### 3/5 — Postcard

*2026-09-01, version 13.78.0*

I’ve used the app many times but for the first time, check out wasn’t easy. It kept adding on the £65 for a year or the 5 postcards. If I hadn’t been paying attention I would have paid for it. Very annoying, not happened before

### 5/5 — Jan

*2026-08-09, version 13.75.0*

Touch Note is so easy to use, offering great options to create a lovely personal card, postcard etc
There’s nothing else out there that matches Touch Note for quality, service and options. I’ve used Touch Note many times for birthdays, postcards to friends overseas, thank you cards after a special occasion. All highlighting the time with my photos !
Highly recommend.

### 3/5 — Handy card app

*2026-08-04, version 13.75.0*

Great for creating personalised greetings cards, but they do take a bit of ‘creating’, although relatives love getting pics of the kids, as well as cards from them. You have to use up your ‘allocation’ though; worst part about it is unused credits don’t roll over month to month. Sort this out, and it will be a huge improvement.

### 5/5 — A must for distant families

*2026-08-02, version 13.75.0*

I love this app. I love the ease. I think it is a great way to keep in touch with family that lives out of town. I love the subscription and how the credits roll over. My family has enjoyed getting the cards.

### 5/5 — My favourite app

*2026-07-30, version 13.75.0*

I really love this app, it is such a lovely way to say thank you or to send someone a photo. It is also so reasonable. Post cards have always been great quality too.

### 5/5 — First order

*2026-07-29, version 13.75.0*

Will write a review when I have received the card

### 5/5 — Top Notch

*2026-07-26, version 13.75.0*

Have been using Touchnote for many years now. Great quality cards, wonderful app. It has become a part of me. Truly enjoy how easy it is to reach out to dear friends who are far away.

### 5/5 — Been using since it started way way back

*2026-07-26, version 13.75.0*

100/100

### 5/5 — The best!

*2026-07-21, version 13.74.0*

I’ve loved this app for ages and accidentally wandered into their office and Shoreditch London while they’re on business. They treated me like an All-Star.

### 5/5 — I LOVE THIS APP

*2026-07-12, version 13.74.0*

I've used this app for years and have never been disappointed. I use it when traveling to send custom postcards from all over the world that often reach their destination before I even get home.

### 5/5 — Birthday

*2026-06-29, version 13.73.0*

Perfect way to send a card.

### 5/5 — Great for traveling

*2026-06-19, version 13.72.1*

It’s so nice to be able to send personalized postcards while traveling without having to find postage and mailboxes.

### 4/5 — Not so good update

*2026-06-17, version 13.72.1*

Don’t like the new style with latest updates and cards will not load . Have tried from various networks no luck . Any ideas?
Usually a good product Hope the tech team don’t wreck it

### 4/5 — Postcards

*2026-06-16, version 13.72.1*

It straight forward to use, I just need to send more postcards to fully get the hang of the app.

### 5/5 — Big Fan!

*2026-06-15, version 13.72.1*

My go to app for birthdays, thank you cards and holidays. Gives the feel that I have it together and remember the small details even when life is super busy.

### 5/5 — In touch

*2026-06-07, version 13.72.0*

Keeping in contact with friends and family who don’t have smart phones or social media

### 2/5 — Too many pop ups and issues sending multiple postcards

*2026-06-02, version 13.71.0*

As others have said the constant pop ups to try membership features are a pain. We just want to send simple postcards from our holiday.
The option to send the card to another recipient has a major glitch. As soon as we enter the new address it deletes our message and replaces it with a short, we have you like this card one. Our original message was lost and had to be retyped. Once we knew we copied our message and pasted in every time. But this is a major failing. We have used TouchNote for many years and the app isn’t as user friendly as it used to be.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time on it

*2026-09-06, version 13.78.0*

This app is the opposite of “usable”, it’s super glitchy and difficult to use. I’ve just spent a long time crafting the perfect post card for my family and after I selected recipients it turned my message into “hope you like my card, bye!” ! Infuriating! What a waste of time this was.

### 1/5 — Despicable Business Practice

*2026-08-27, version 13.78.0*

Touchnote expires PAID credits after six months. Credits you purchased with your actual money simply disappear if you don’t use them within their six-month window.

I’m sure it’s disclosed in their terms. That doesn’t make the policy any less absurd or despicable.

These aren’t promotional credits, rewards, or freebies. I paid for them. Touchnote already received my money, yet they’ve decided that after six months they can erase what I purchased while keeping what I paid them.

It genuinely never crossed my mind that paid credits would expire because the concept is so ridiculous. A company shouldn’t get to create an arbitrary expiration date on something a customer has already purchased just so they can keep the money without providing the service.

Absolutely gross, anti-consumer business practice. Paid credits should roll over. Period.

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2026-06-24, version 13.72.1*

This app doesn’t even work!

### 1/5 — Deliberately extortionate UI design

*2026-05-12, version 13.69.0*

If you review the pricing, design your first card, enter the address, and hit send, an Apple Pay will pop straight up for your approval. Very smooth expect that that Apple Pay pop up is 65.99 for annual membership paid up front. I understand that I should be more diligent in reviewing whether the Apple Pay pop up aligns with what I am buying, but you should also not design UIs to swindle people.

### 1/5 — Could be a Scam

*2026-05-05, version 13.69.0*

I had a subscription and most of the postcards I sent were never delivered to the recipient. It’s not a one off event either. And I checked with the recipients post office and they get other mail delivered to them so it appears to be an issue from TouchNote.

### 1/5 — Scam! Postcard never arrived!!!

*2026-02-18, version 13.65.0*

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using TouchNote. I ordered a personalised postcard for Valentine’s Day to be sent to my boyfriend, but it still hasn’t arrived. It completely ruined the moment.

Valentine’s Day is a special occasion, and I ordered in good time expecting it to arrive as promised. These cards aren’t just pieces of paper - they’re thoughtful gestures meant to make someone feel loved. When it doesn’t arrive on time (or at all), the whole purpose is lost.

I understand that delays can happen, but reliability is crucial when customers are paying for personalised cards for important dates. Sadly, this experience has left me very disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend using this service for special occasions.

### 1/5 — Not Worth It

*2026-01-27, version 13.63.0*

I joined this service five years ago. When I first joined, it was a very good product with excellent customer service. In the five years since, the product has not improved but gotten worse, and much more expensive. Cards take up to two weeks or more to show up to the recipient. Since that takes so long, it’s hard to gauge if the card is lost or just taking forever. When you report it lost (via email, because there’s no phone customer support), it takes another couple of weeks for a replacement to arrive. That means you either have to order a card a month or more in advance, and it will arrive weeks early, or risk it being over a month late.
As for the customer support, in times where *immediate* customer support is needed, you will not receive that. You will receive an automated response that lets you know your problem will be addressed in THEIR timeframe of up to two days. So if you have a yearly subscription (that went up $30 in one year, even after you downgraded your tier) and it overdraws your bank account, you will have to wait.
I do not want to deal with a company where they’re downgrading their product while charging more and not providing customer service. Obviously I found the product good, and at $50 a year it was. At $80 it was harder to justify, even at the lower tier. $110 a year (when extra “packs” have gone up in price extremely too) is insulting.

### 1/5 — Far too expensive

*2026-01-25, version 13.63.0*

They used to be well costed and I could get a geomarker with the card. Now you need membership , which is overpriced, and still that doesn’t make them particularly cheap. This used to be a great idea.

### 1/5 — Great concept

*2026-01-13, version 13.62.0*

I love the concept and keep giving it another chance, because sometimes it works fine, but seems like half the time my card has just never arrives.

### 1/5 — I’ve used this app for years

*2026-01-08, version 13.62.0*

Sending my digital pics through snail mail is so easy! However, two years in a row my Christmas cards are being received in January. I’m done.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Greatest App ever!

*2026-09-04, version 13.78.0*

We have been use Touchnote for years and will continue to do so. Snail mail is a way of keeping in touch that send love the way it use to be given via
the postal service. I also send a lot of mail to Europe and that is so convenient. No need for international stamps.

### 5/5 — Great for personalised and photo greetings cards

*2026-09-01, version 13.78.0*

I love using Touchnote to send personalised and photo greetings cards. Loads of designs available and the cards are always quick to arrive. Much more convenient and personal than sending via regular mail.

### 5/5 — Grandkids

*2026-08-28, version 13.78.0*

I love this app. My grands love getting mail with pics and a note about my travels. Easy to use

### 5/5 — Such a great app

*2026-08-22, version 13.77.0*

I have been using TouchNote for years now and just love how I can send a card for any occasions in minutes, where ever I am. Highly recommend it!

### 5/5 — Smart personalised Postcards

*2026-08-22, version 13.77.0*

This was cheaper, faster, and more personalised than buying and sending postcards through DAO. The membership option is great as we can continue to send personalised postcards as we travel.

### 5/5 — The personal touch

*2026-08-21, version 13.77.0*

I use this app often. I create personal cards when I travel sending them to friends and family. The end product is great quality which can be added to the family photo album.
Cards produced using the app are cheaper than purchasing and sending postcards.
One tip: load addresses in the app before starting to create a card and address the card before writing your message.

### 5/5 — Highly recommend

*2026-08-18, version 13.77.0*

I’ve used TouchNote for many years to send cards made with my own photos and would highly recommend the app. Easy to use, reliable and good quality printing.

### 5/5 — Memories made to last

*2026-08-14, version 13.76.0*

The app is easy to use, the quality of the cards is great and I love that you can personalise it with your own pictures to send to family across the world.

### 5/5 — Fabulous!

*2026-08-13, version 13.76.0*

What a great way to stay in contact with people. My mom is in assisted-living in another state and she loves getting these postcards in the mail. They are invaluable.

Not only is a fun way to quickly send a personalized card, but you can send them internationally, I’ve sent them so far to England, Mexico, and Germany.

### 5/5 — Best App Invented

*2026-08-10, version 13.75.0*

I’ve ordered dozens of cards through TouchNote over the past year, and everyone loves receiving them. I’ve been sending postcards for about 20 years, but there have been trips I never got to commemorate simply because I couldn’t find postcards while I was there. Now I don’t have to worry about that. I can upload my own photos and easily customize a postcard or regular card wherever I go.
