This app used to be easy to operate. Now it is very difficult and the customer support lacks in many ways. Was at an event and the app stopped working. Could not get support. The music is very hard to change now. I am very disappointed

Great app however when I share the webgallery with my clients they always have to wait over 5 minutes for a single video to load and play. This renders webgallery just for downloading videos and not as an actual gallery where you are able to “view” or play videos. Trying to save costs in the back end leads to such situations. Please invest in high speed servers and connections. We love your app but this is so anticlimactic when guests can’t play videos online they need to download it first and then play. We are in 2025 about to cross over to 2026. I’ve used all the variations of your apps since 2022. This issue seems to only get worse

O aplicativo até entrega novidades, mas sempre acompanhado de bugs. Já cansei de reportar e ver os mesmos erros básicos se repetirem, sem testes adequados antes de lançar novas funções. Desta vez superaram: estou há uma semana aguardando resposta e nem e-mail retornam. É um descaso total. Trabalhamos com eventos e não há margem para falhas. Não podemos ser tratados como usuários de um software em fase de teste.

Hay un miedo en cada actualización, he desactivado la actualización automática ya que he tenido problemas en algunas actualizaciones que me han echo perder un par de veces eventos, en la última actualización tengo problemas que me han echo perder el evento ya que en soporte dicen que no hay fallas en algo que venía trabajando hace muchos días, soy usuario de Touchpix hace más de 3 años. Espero soluciones en la próxima actualización o una respuesta de soporte.

I’m tech-savvy and still found TouchPix frustrating to use. Uploads stayed stuck in pending all day, even with strong 5G and Wi-Fi. Restarting the phone and app didn’t help. I later realized I was in the wrong event, and when I closed it, all pending files were lost. The media was still on my phone, but there was no way to recover or resend to guests. This caused major problems for follow-up and guest experience. Very poor design and not reliable for professional use.

When I go to the gallery page and activate the online sharing, the back button disappears and not I can’t get back to the home page.  Without closing the app. Once I close the app the sharing is no longer active nor is my connect to my Orca booth.

since the update, I went through the tutorials, I’ve had it updated and I tested it through the system before the event to make sure nothing would happen and I get to the event set up and the app doesn’t work.  i tried troubleshooting and still didn’t work.  It’s frustrating to show up at an event and one of our products we offer doesn’t work and looks poorly on our company.  I thought with the update that touchpix would work and have no issues.  I was excited to see it working the night before when i was testing it.  How can i rely on an app that’s not consistent.  Not only
that I lost out on getting paid from the event and now losing out on the monies i spent on the app.

They keep doing updates that keep crashing the app or take away features. The printer won’t connect or the picture don’t upload. As a Photo Booth business, it’s annoying that I can’t rely on the software. I had to do refunds because the software wasn’t working. I do a lot of weddings. We will no longer use touch pix.

Falta tutorial em Português Brasil, assistência deixa a desejar. Quando falávamos com o atendente era muito mais ágil o atendimento.

Be aware that Touchpix uses recurring subscriptions that automatically renew unless canceled. I personally dislike this billing model because it places the responsibility on customers to remember to cancel before the next billing cycle. While the renewal terms may be disclosed, I would have preferred a more transparent checkout process and a one-time payment option. Make sure you understand exactly what you’re signing up for before entering your payment information.

I read the website and since I have Apple it made me subscribe through there. Before I knew it I had 3 $43.90 charges when I thought I had 3 weeks free. When I asked for help with customer service the response was talk to Apple. Ridiculous! Don’t use these people. Scam artists for Money!

It’s not functional , the sharing station keeps disconnecting , receiver and sender keep disconnecting, so basically sharing predicts with customers is not possible with this softwares . The app on the receiver device shuts down itself.

Touch Pix 360 photobooth app has let us down significantly during our 200-pax event. The receiver/sharing station keeps disconnecting, and even worse, it completely shuts down every couple of minutes. This makes the system absolutely unusable.

We had issues with the app about six months ago, but the performance has deteriorated even further. Save your money and your nerves — this app is not suitable for large-scale corporate events. What a complete waste of money.

I purchased Touchpix for 4 years in a row. I have an event at night and not able to reach customer service. Bad customer service. Touchpix change to new upgradeTouchpix but nobody to assist with questions and explain new process. I’m using another program moving forward

Hi touchpix my client wants me to take pictures with oneplus13 newly launched on their event in few days and they want to take pictures with the portrait of the default camera app and want to share these photos with the guests by qr code but the thing is most of the apps don’t allow pictures from gallery to generate qr code
Will touch pix solve my problem its very urgent
