Nothing ever loads. All I get is a blue spinning wheel that never gets past 99%. Terrible! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-07-27* Who designed this p.o.s.? For the life of me can’t figure out how to reconnect the system to wifi. Will definitely be switching to a more user friendly service. ### 1/5 — Piece of Crap *2022-11-23, version 3.5.4* Totally unreliable. You can only view live with no notifications if there’s motion in front of cameras. A complete waste of money. The app would freeze up and I received the connection failed message on all cameras several times. I have only had the cameras and app for 5 days. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2022-04-19, version 3.5.4* This is a terrible app. I don’t know how they even released an app with so many bugs. 9 times out of 10 I can’t view the videos when I get a notification of movements logged. It just slowly loads the video until it times out and goes blank. More often than not I can’t see the live feed either. I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting methods to get it to work and no such luck. What’s the point of having a security app if you can’t view the footage? ### 1/5 — This app is useless! *2021-06-10, version 3.5* It does not store the devices programmed. I have repeatedly programmed my devices and the app does not save them. Every time I log on I have to reconnect my devices. I watched the 1 hour video webinar which was horrendous. Even then couldn’t get the app to work properly. This new app is a major fail for TD. Such a disappoint! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2019-09-26, version 2.8* Not at all intuitive or user friendly. Can’t figure out how to play back my videos. I open the app and all camera slots are blank and I have to spend several minutes just to get them to show me a live preview. Just a terrible user experience all the way around. ### 2/5 — Clunky, and unreliable *2021-04-22, version 3.5* I get notification pop ups of movement, but when I open them, it never shows a video. I was hoping it was just slow, but not even hours later. Going back to look at old foot is a horrible experience. I was trying not to pay the price of Unifi cameras, but the UI is so bad on this app, I will probably recommend my customer pay the extra $. ### 2/5 — Horrible playback features *2020-10-29, version 3.4* Can’t go directly to a specific time when reviewing footage. It either starts from the beginning or shows an error loading message. Also, long delay when connecting to doorbell. By the time the app loads and connects the person is gone. Really considering going with another brand and company. ### 5/5 — Fantastic app! *2022-12-15, version 3.5.4* If your installer gives you a tutorial of the app this app is fantastic! Very user friendly and rapid fire fast. There are still a couple things that need to get worked out but all in all, the cameras, the dvr and the system is general are way better. I have had other camera systems before in our three homes and six businesses and because the lack of support I decided to remove those cheap systems.
