Grosse campagne de promotion de commande par le biais de l’appli mais celle-ci refuse d’honorer l’offre de coupon de 10$ de cette campagne. Bizarre ### 1/5 — Mike's REALLY doesn't want anybody using the app. *2026-01-25* Years ago I signed up for the Mike's website. Through that I one day received an email that there was an app. But my login information (with my address, payment information, everything, particularly LANGUAGE PREFERENCE) it had no idea, I had to sign up by scratch. WAY to appreciate loyal customers! SMH. And the appropriate unrestricted password was gone, now the dumb app has WAY too high password restrictions. IT'S A FOOD APP! HIGH SECURITY IS NOT APPROPRIATE! The app has been terrible since Day 1. Difficult to find by the actual restaurant name "Mike's", they insist on tacking on the stupid marketing slogan "Toujours". Always starts with an unnecessary splash screen, used to be stuck on french until jumping through hoops, they fixed that but broke the title screen, it's just red now. No PayPal, the safest most flexible way to pay online. They also fixed that I couldn't order No Tomatoes, though I could remove other things. Most times I want to order it assumes I want my order 3 hours from now, or tomorrow morning, despite being perfectly reasonable times to be ordering. FINALLY I wanted Mike's at a time it usually pushes, yay! Endless loading so I check, there's an update, so I do it. Gone completely useless. Requires I pick a location. Excuse me? The location depends on my address, which is in my account, I SHOUKD BE ABLE TO LOGIN FIRST! I see login hiding in the background, but can only pick location. Ugh. So I pick. Login. "Some error occurred", over and over. So I try creating from scratch, check if it'll notice. Then I see it: "Password must contain all 4 types of characters and be 12 characters long" (summarizing). ALL FOUR? That's for high security firms which are subject to corporate espionage! Who do these idiots think they are??! And 12? Sorry, the maximum minimum length is 8! My password is a very respectable and over-secure 10! I AM NOT changing to an overly long password I won't and can't remember FOR A STUPID FOOD APP! So I can't login, and therefore can't pay, and therefore can't order. Get your heads out of your asses, ditch the over inflated self importance nonsense, and maybe your chain wouldn't be at death's door.
